Terms and Conditions
For all patients, payment is required at the time of your appointment. You can choose to pay by cash or cheque. If you are claiming reimbursement from private medical insurance, you will be given a receipt. Please note that the cost of supplements is not included in the consultation fee, and will appear separately on your receipt.
48 hours notice is required for all cancellations. We recognise that genuine emergencies do occur, but as a general rule if appointments are not kept a full session fee will be charged.
Risks and Liability
Any advice or recommendation relating to the Treatment Programme has to be agreed between the client and the therapist. Manor House Complementary Therapy Centre does not accept any liability.
